Daniel's Small Ball chapter is a must read. Quite
frankly, I'm shocked that he would give away so much
of his strategy. It has helped my personal game
immensely.
Evelyn Ng is a sit-and-go champ and she writes great
advice about simplifying these games in the first
chapter.
Todd Brunson shares his higher limit cash game
thoughts.
Erik Lindgren talks about online Texas Holdem cash
games.
